    • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.


 Refund Process

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):


    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”.

  • Perishable, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable).
